➢ Upload and Validate submitted requirements of employees using Peoplecore. ➢ Checking and updating the requirements submitted by the employees thru HRIS (Peoplecore). ➢ Update the status of Background Checks of all existing and newly hired employees. ➢ Update the status of Medical Result of the Candidates. ➢ Follow up pending Pre-Employment Requirements of all existing and newly hired employees. ➢ Organize records thru use of HRIS ➢ Applicant and Employee Data Management ➢ Onboard newly hired applicants.
➢ Process new joiners endorsed by the Recruitment team on the HRIS ➢ Audit and Update tracker of the new joiner’s uploaded BIR/Waiver on the HRIS ➢ Encode the emails received on the HRIS ticketing tool in relation to employment verification ➢ Audit the employee attachment on HRIS ➢ Assist applicant’s assessment and initial interview ➢ Validate and update qualified employees for Savii Loan ➢ 201file Management
