• Started at the school eight weeks into the school year and created a sustainable and realistic discipline plan centered around restorative justice practices, restitution and educational based detentions to ensure the least amount of out of school suspensions as possible while still holding students accountable. • Assist teachers and security staff with students on the discipline issues they are having in the classroom, hallway and in the lunchroom. • Created an incentive-based merit system to help students that are struggling with school and classroom expectations.

• Created and maintained a fun and safe environment for staff, performers and spectators. • Managed a staff of 20 security personal to ensure they were placed in strategic areas to have eyes covering the venue. • Handled any costumer concerns and worked with the general manager to ensure customer satisfaction. • Worked directly with local police department to train security staff in self-defense tactics and proper identification checking. • Followed all local, state and federal codes for safety and security doing monthly audits • Monitored security cameras and investigated complaints from customers, also supplying police with video evidence and testimony as needed.
