The asset landscape includes JV’s, Bayer sites and acquired companies. - Deliver an enhanced performance in safety, investments and continuous improvement. - Forge individual plants into a solid global community, enabling a reduction of central resources by over 50%. - Execute asset consolidations and organizational adaptations in 3 continents, in response to a changing business environment. - Deliver a remote greenfield project of 15 mio€ in time, on budget and incident-free. - Ensure a flexible, reliable and cost-optimized supply chain to the business functions.
- Handled the engineering and execution of a brownfield, high-tech films extrusion plant (clean room environment), and its consecutive expansion. - Aligned 50 employees along an innovative, responsive and cost-conscious plant culture.
- Staff function to develop and follow up 4 strategic capital projects in China (>350 mio€). - Successfully negotiated major tolling deal in a multicultural environment.
