Dear Ladies and Gentlemen. For more than 18 years now I have been working in the automotive industry at one of the world's top 3 suppliers. Numerous different positions have allowed me to build up and deepen a broad range of technical know-how in the various disciplines. Through working together with global development sites, manufacturing and a delegation, I have built up an extensive network in recent years. Leading teams of different disciplines is a clear and confirmed strength that I show with daily passion. Through my structured way of working I have been able to show that I can effectively manage complex issues systematically and by involving the team. In addition, I have a strong cultural understanding, especially about the Asian region, which I could deepen during my delegation to Singapore. My motivation for a new career step is on the one hand, to diversify my experience by working outside my current organization.
