Head of Quality / Reliability Project Leader Motorsport Vehicles (vehicle development & production, track operations) I am passionate about leading racing car projects, "from cradle to grave", for the broadness of the job with its extreme technical, management and financial challenges, and - of course - the competition! During 25 years in racing (plus 5 years in the space industry) I have gained extensive experience across the entire chain of high level motorsport projects, being involved in early stage strategic decisions, carrying out concept work, managing vehicle development, car production, and test and race activities, in both works and customer racing and under very tight budget and time constraints. Leading people professionally since 2006, I have now added disciplinary leadership to my portfolio in my current group leader position. Having worked in F1 and with OEMs (currently at BMW) in both factory and customer racing programs, I have extensive knowledge of the industry and am willing and able to work self-reliant within a team to deliver a car on time and in budget that is able to win races and championships.
