• Custom electrical and software design for: Robot Assembly Cells that produce intermediate assemblies for high voltage switch gear. • Utilize various controllers: Allen Bradley Compact Logix, MicroLogix, SLC500 PLCs, Point I/O, PanelView 7 Plus HMIs, Yaskawa Robots. • Interfaced I/O such as: Valve banks, Servo Controllers, Automatic Screw guns, Programmable Safety Controllers/Relays, Vision systems, proximity & photo-electric sensors, thermocouples, & RTDs. • Networked controls via Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, and DeviceNet. • Created custom testing, & setup equipment for components that are used within high voltage electrical control cabinets. • Provide Plant wide technical support for Engineering, Production, & Maintenance personnel.
