Plan production for flight recorders for the aviation industry.
Aseptic processing and packaging production lines. Supervise batching, aseptic filling, packaging, palletizing using SAP, DMO, HMI.
Receive production & service orders via EDI, convert into a working production plan, monitor/adjust the production plan, plan and monitor shipments. Monitor/answer Critical Tickets, Float Alarms, & Pilot Tickets on the FCA portal 7-days/week. Work closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering & Shipping using a team approach to accomplish what is needed timely and proactively. Plan ordinary pool point shipments, non-ordinary shipments such as LT, expedited trucks, expedited Fed-Ex Air, etc... as required to keep our customer's plants operating as planned despite changes or issues on our or their end. Prepare a weekly 12-week forecast update by platform for Stallantis (FCA/Dodge/Chrysler). Utilize BAAN, FCA Portal, Excel and other planning systems/programs as needed on a daily basis.
Post-Cast Outplant Op's: Priorities, PO's, OT, skype mtg's, gauge calibration. Local & Mexico. Created new job numbers - Oracle & OHCMS: Working closely with Sales Team. Created/updated: BOM's, Routings, Components, Op Times, Waste %, worked w/Engineers. Provided important forecasts to internal support plants and external vendors. Purchased critical chemicals using Oracle: Quarterly Bulk PO's and One off PO's as needed. Social Distancing Coach April '20: Effective, positive approach, enhanced relationships.
Responsible Inventory Accuracy and 31 direct reports across 3-shifts at the Lowell, MI facility. Hired & empowered: Team leaders, job closers, lift truck drivers, cycle counters, label creators. Year end 1/1/17 inventory audit by outside firm, $1MM random inventory, 99.98% accurate! Classified, reported and logged plant waste using Smart Client MRP system.
