Point of Sales System Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support - In-charge of SEA post-sales team - Establish and setup Singapore & Malaysia’s post-sales team - Propose & implement remote support tool (Teamviewer & ISL Online), helpdesk portal and tracking system (Spiceworks) - Support in-house POS, eWaiter, Self-Ordering Kiosk and QR Ordering Platform for both direct customers and channel partners - Perform pre-sales tasks, supporting BDMs to ensure successful sales closure - Actively participating in product discussion, feedback and helped carving major product’s direction, ensuring the final product suits both local and international market - Working closely with QA/QC team to build test cases and ensuring test cases closely resemble real-life scenarios. - Assisting to perform system testing, including but not limited to e-payment integration (e.g. Stripe, Fomopay, Boost, iPay88, Revenue Monster), new feature & functions, bug fixes & reports. - In-charge of warehouse and stocks control, utilizing SAP B1 system for quotation, sales, delivery and invoicing
Point of Sales System Pre-sales Consultant - Support in-house POS, Kiosk, Inventory, Delivery & Call Centre, CLM and HQ Software. - Provide consultation service to customers on in-house software system flow, software enhancement & customization and integration with 3rd party systems (based on customer’s operational needs) - Writing in-house software customization & integrations paperwork based on customers’ requirement to ensure features are built strictly to the required specifications - Assisting project manager on project related paperwork and meeting minutes - Learning new in-house products and setup demo environment for internal (local sales & oversea distributors) and external (direct customers) use - Assist internal support team by actively providing solutions to problems and sometimes providing direct support to customers - Supporting customers from Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Egypt, UAE, Kuwait, Saudi and Italy.
Internal IT Support Personal - Supporting internal IT infrastructures (both hardware & software), ensuring systems performing at optimum capacity with zero down time - Troubleshoot & repair POS hardware, desktops & laptops to reduce wasteful hardware purchases while helping company save cost - POS menu programming on different POS systems (Cuscapi Transight POS System, E-point POS System & STMPI POS System) - POS sales, inventory & reporting troubleshooting to help rectify & correct the errors - Managing POS & POS related projects to ensure user requirements are properly brought forward and explained to vendors, project time line are properly implemented & followed through and deployed without any error
