Responsible for the day to day operations of the Service Department. I oversee about 35 employees which includes Service Advisors, Production Managers and Technicians. Responsible to implement and maintain procedures throughout the department. We are one of the largest RV dealers in Missouri. Our service department supports the sales department by preparing the sold RV's that customers are purchasing whether they are new or used. Our department supports our large RV rental fleet. We also service RV's that individuals own.
