As a central point of contact of Wien Energie for IT requirements management, the core competence of IT Demandmanagement is the acquisition, consulting and support of clear, structured and consistent requirements in a transparent and prioritized IT requirements portfolio. IT Demandmanagement coordinates and monitors the implementation of IT requirements, especially in the interface to the departments, WienIT and other service providers. The focus is on supporting the company strategy, the processes and interests of the departments and the efficient use of the IT budget as well as the existing IT infrastructure.
