Responsible for reporting, forecasting, and planning of the Business Segment Airport Logistics (BS AL): - Monthly reporting and forecasting on Business Segment level - Yearly budget planning - R&D controlling and reporting - Cost center controlling (legal unit Germany) - Asset- / Cash Management - Productivity measures Special tasks: Carve out of the Business Unit Logistics and Airport Solutions (BU LAS) - responsible for the work stream ‘Deal Financials’ for the BS AL. - compile and consolidate the financial statements and business plan for ‘Airports’. - Coordinate and answer the questions in the Q&A-phase.
- Responsible for Asset-/Cash Management within the BU IL: Planning, Controlling, Forecasting, and Reporting. - Responsible for the Enterprise Risk Management process within the BU IL Special tasks: Implementation of the IMAPP project reporting tool (IMAPP = Integrated Management Project Planning) for the BU IL - supporting the PM to implement the reporting tool worldwide.
