My responsibilities at Gibraltar included underwriting analysis, financial modeling, asset review, and due diligence for loan portfolio acquisition targets. Additionally, I managed all aspects of asset management turnaround strategies for Gibraltar’s portfolio of loans, including loan dispositions and restructuring, budgeting, future valuation modeling, entitlements and land development.
As Division Vice President, I had senior operational and management responsibilities, including budgeting, profit and loss, marketing, sales, land acquisition, and entitlements.
As a corporate associate in the business and finance department, I represented public and privately held companies, venture funds and organizations in mergers and acquisitions, public financings, private placement of securities, venture capital financings, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
