I design epistemically robust decision-making systems for complex organisations. My work focuses on how institutions know, reason and justify actions in environments shaped by uncertainty, automation and AI. My interests lie in the epistemic foundations of organisational intelligence: how knowledge is structured, how assumptions are interrogated, and how decisions remain defensible as systems become more complex. Drawing on my background in large-scale, critical infrastructure, I work at the intersection of governance, technology and institutional design. At SBB, I contribute to the reliability and governance of mission-critical digital systems, the development of cross-organisational decision-making structures, and a unified methodology for the qualitative assessment of infrastructure assets. My long-term focus is on trustworthy, AI-assisted decision architectures - systems that remain intelligible and accountable even when human verification is no longer feasible.
Planning and preparing data and process changes for the SAP S/4HANA user go-live within a company-wide transformation programme, including definition of business requirements and assurance of data quality. Identification and documentation of impacts on processes, data, systems, staff and organisational structures, and derivation of required changes to ensure stable operations beyond the user go-live. Development and organisation-wide adoption of a unified methodology for the qualitative assessment of infrastructure assets as a basis for traceable, auditable and well-justified decisions in asset management. Structuring and long-term alignment of business requirements in the context of planning, prioritisation and control, ensuring their integration into processes, data models and system landscapes. Design of goal- and impact-oriented collaboration structures across the working organisation and formal hierarchy, actively fostering exchange, alignment and team cohesion.
Responsibility for value, impact and prioritisation of a strategic portfolio of digital solutions enabling fact‑ and forecast‑based decision‑making in asset and construction portfolio management, including roadmap management and coordination of functional dependencies. Further development of the portfolio’s decision and control logic through KPIs and CAPEX/OPEX budget steering to increase transparency, traceability and forecasting capability. Introduction of SAP Portfolio and Project Management for S/4HANA to support planning, prioritisation and control processes in construction portfolio management. Leadership and empowerment of interdisciplinary teams under SAFe®, fostering effective collaboration and clear communication of shared goals, values and strategies.
Development and enhancement of core business processes in planning and control as part of SBB Infrastructure’s overarching governance and control architecture, including quality assurance and integration into the enterprise process model. Support for process owners and line management in implementing, applying and continuously improving processes, including staff enablement through training and coaching. Development of process‑related control logic through process metrics and KPIs, execution of Q‑checks and audits, and systematic identification and remediation of process weaknesses.
Strategic leadership and further development of the cooperative, balancing affordable housing with long‑term preservation of property value. Responsibility for governance, decision‑making and representation of collective interests towards members, authorities and external stakeholders. Steering of property management and development of non‑profit housing, considering social, financial and structural conditions.
Design and management of service and support processes, including quality assurance, incident management and coordination between customers, suppliers and internal teams. Analysis of issues and derivation of functional requirements for enhancements, as well as introduction and training of service‑management systems. Planning and coordination of change and configuration management activities, including preparation of customer and management reports.
Development of customised solutions for enterprise content management, e‑commerce and public‑sector‑related applications using agile methods. Responsibility for analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment in close collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
