Ik werk sinds 1999 in ICT, voornamelijk als (senior) projectmanager in grootschalige ICT (r)evoluties. Ik werk daarbij vanuit business perspectief en stel het gebruikersbelang voorop. Ik heb een sterke helikopterview en breng uitdagingen terug tot hun basisbouwstenen. Ik ben gewend om in politiek complexe omgevingen te werken en stuur mijn projecten aan als people manager. Ook heb ik ruime ervaring met alle aspecten van veranderingen die samenhangen met de transitie naar Hybride werken, zowel op IT-gebied als op het gebied van menselijk gedrag. En, ik heb veel ervaring op het gebied van gezondheidszorg (zowel cure als care) voor zowel telecommunicatie als domotica. Daarnaast heb ik ervaring op het gebied van realisatie van toepassingen op het gebied van zaakgericht werken en Geo / GIS toepassingen.
