Coming from an engineering background, I have continued my adventure within DECATHLON for ten years. Passionate about sport, I joined the company in 2008 as a department manager. I went on to different positions and different stores up to the position of Store Manager at DECATHLON Brive la Gaillarde. Since 2016, I have participated in the development and design of children's bike ranges at BTWIN. First as a product engineer, then as a product manager for bicycles and gartment for children 6 to 12 years old. My job ? Define the worldwide needs of our users in order to offer them products in accordance with their expectations. Observation, listening, co-creation, functional animation of a project group, projection, writing of 5-year project plans ... so many tasks to be carried out with enthusiasm!
