Following the acquisition of Nobel Biocare from Danaher, established all required Accounting-, Tax-, Danaher House of Controls- and FP&A processes. • Implemented Financial Forecast and tax reporting process for P&L/Balance Sheet (40+ entities) • Introduced Danaher House of Controls (SOX, Balance Sheet Reviews, CSAQ, DOA) • Opening Balance Sheet for $2bn Nobel acquisition • Implemented new revenue recognition standard (ASC 606) • Drove tax and accounting efficiencies: reduction Swiss legal entities from 5 to 1, formed accounting shared service centers across EU
