Assisted and helped to build an 8-figure DHS related project for RAND that had over 100 staff working on it over the lifetime of the project. This project helped to save FEMA and taxpayers over $1 billion in funds that were delivered to hospitals over the COVID pandemic. We specifically looked for duplicated benefits from insurance payments and what was requested of FEMA.
