As a process owner, I have global process responsibility for secondary insulation in the stator and rotor assembly in the electric motor production. This includes process development up to series maturity, the industrialisation of new projects, support in series projects to ensure plant availability and quality, as well as the technical management of the competence network in all plants.
Complete industrialisation of automated production lines in the field of secondary stator insulation and assembly of stator housings, consisting of planning, conceptual design, drafting of specifications and requirements, selection of suppliers, plant acceptance and commissioning as well as ensuring the associated capacity, quality and cost targets.
