I've spent majority of my life in and around restaurants. My grandparents had a restaurant in my childhood years and some of my fondest memories involve that restaurant. My passion for food and cooking was set in place by my family and I've worked very hard to develop my skills. My goals for my career are to learn as much about food as I can possibly fit in my brain, from as many people as possible, and one day open a restaurant of my own. One of my short term goals is to travel to different parts of the world and experience food in different cultures.
