Overseeing all end-to-end processes for Marketing, Sales, Project Execution, and Logistics within the Industrial Gases, High Pressure, and Low Pressure business units across the Netherlands and the BeLux area. I hold full P&L accountability for the AGA business line, driving financial performance across turnover, profit, cash flow, and working capital. My primary focus is leading the AGA team to achieve and maintain excellence in customer satisfaction.
