I work at the intersection of production, strategy, and organizational development — helping global operations perform better, collaborate smarter, and adapt to change in complex environments. As Head of Production Global Support at Novonesis, I focus on translating strategy into operational impact across production and supply chain functions. My work spans strategic development, organizational alignment, operational excellence, and supporting teams through transformation and change. What motivates me most is building environments where people, processes, and business goals move in the same direction. I believe strong results come from combining clear direction with collaboration, trust, and the ability to navigate complexity with pragmatism and energy. My background combines more than 27 years of experience across Novo Nordisk, Novozymes, and Novonesis with an academic foundation in research and communication: Master of Research (MRes), Sheffield Hallam University Master’s degree in Rhetoric, Aarhus University Alongside my corporate career, I have run my own sound engineering company since 1996, working with a broad range of artists and clients within Danish pop music. That creative work has shaped my approach to leadership, communication, listening, and collaboration just as much as my corporate experience.
@ nights and weekends... Most often found behind the sound console at various venues sound engineering for various artists within mainly the pop and rock genre. I started my company in 1996 and have since then grown the business. It started out as recording studio and has since developed into live sound and light engineering. This profession has led to a huge experience within event design, as well as a tremendous network within the show business.
Nine to five... I work in the Novozymes’ global Supply Chain Management leadership team. I have strong skills within operationalizing the overarching company vision through strategy development and deployment all the way down to local KPIs. I have been focusing mainly within Operations, Development and Supply Chain. In addition I have dedicated a huge part of my career to organizational development and individual leadership sparring and coaching. Within recent years I have been heavily engaged in bridging the LEAN thinking and philosophy to support the Novozymes supply chain operation and business objectives. I have worked with talent identification, assessment and development, and have designed and executed talent development programs for young leaders. I base my approach to business architecture on BPM thinking – Heavily influenced and inspired by my association to the LEADing Practice® community.

In between... The purpose of the Board of Directors (BOD) is to exert its influence to ensure that the practitioners user requirements are given due consideration in improvements, innovations, and new functionalities of LEADing Practice. The BOD is instrumental in planning, organizing, and executing the annual conference. The BOD creates a global platform to steer regular discussions of LEADing Practice-related topics. Today, well over 1200 people are registered for these tasks, industry and sub-industry groups. These groups address the various Enterprise Standards and Industry Standards. Thereby underlining the wide-ranging competencies of BOD members. Translating how past experiences has worked and how to shape and mold them into new, cutting-edge ideas through thought-leadership with the purpose of becoming international standards for the future and how to apply it. Members may participate in and consult the progress reports of all working groups which encourages a comprehensive exchange of information in which participants can look beyond the frontiers of their own specialities, become informed about the latest initiatives and developments and exchange initial experiences with other users and companies.
