I have over several years of experience in Customer Service. I currently hold an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Hudson County Community College. I am a military vet with experience as an Information Technician. I also am certified from DevCode Boot Camp as a Fullstack Developer. Through my work experience and volunteer experience I've been able to become skilled in team leadership/management, customer relations, as well as managing complex situations while under pressure.
