I have been working in construction fields for more than 20 years experiences. Project involved in airports, high rise buildings, generating plants, power plants, rails ( MRT, LRT).
Work Scopes:- • Lead the team in planning, scheduling and coordinating the related M&E works. • Prepare and compile project related report and documents. • Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and project specification requirements. • Overseeing engineering deliverables and multi-disciplinary works to meet project quality requirements. • Coordinate and interface works with other disciplines (civil WPC, system WPC) for the project related matters and requirements.
Work Scopes:- • Manage on-site construction works. • Lead the team in planning, scheduling and coordinating the related E&I works. • Experience in full cycle of plant project. • Prepare and compile project related report. • Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and requirements. • Overseeing engineering deliverables and multi-disciplinary works to meet project quality requirements. • Coordinate and interface work with other disciplines for the project related matters and requirements. • Internal inspection management
Work Scopes:- • Interface coordination with various parties such as Consortium partner, Civil WPC, Sub-Contractor, System WPC. • Coordinating & expediting Technical Interfaces between various engineering offices of the project design team and construction team • Organizing interface meetings for exchange of interdependent project information with other parties as mentioned above. • Monitor status of interface agreements across project and provide regular updates to Project Managers where appropriate. • Provide support for finalization of Installation methodology, plan and resources for safe installation of modules.
Work Scopes:- • To review profit/loss of project including lost analysis and the necessary corrective actions. • To determine methods of construction and the works schedule leading to adoption by the client, architect and consultant. • To implement detailed work schedule in order to achieve overall Master Construction Program. • To be responsible for contract administration of works including selection of subcontractor for tendering, tender evaluation, value engineering , recommending of subcontractors and suppliers, evaluation of progress payments, variation orders and project final account with the subcontractors, architect, consultant and Contract Administrators. • To overall control site issus solving with Civil, M&E staffs and other departments for smooth site progress.
Work Scopes:- • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion as per master schedule • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
