As a Project Manager at EnBW, I am currently leading the ChaNGE project, focusing on the development and implementation of wireless electric vehicle charging technology and its supporting infrastructure.
- Project Manager ChaNGe – Inductive Charging for Cars - Development of sustainable electromobility concepts - Integration of charging infrastructure, energy management and mobility solutions - Management of innovation and implementation processes - Coordination of project partners and stakeholders - Responsibility for budget, timeline, and goal achievement
- Further development of the maintenance concept for the Power-to-Gas plant - Support on various activities related to a Power-to-Gas plant - Literature research on new research areas
- Operating concept of a Power-to-Gas plant focusing on hydrogen compressor simulation and optimization of the plant's operating point - Analysis of the total electricity consumption and efficiency of the plant, considering start-up processes and electricity market prices - Development of a maintenance concept based on simulation results and manufacturer specifications
- Conception and management of a knowledge management website on energy storage - Conducting extensive literature research - Preparation of a competitive analysis and identification of competitors
- Gathering information across all programs (A320, A330, A350, BelugaXL) - Proposing solutions and conducting testing - Presenting projects to all involved stakeholders - Facilitating communication between the design office, manufacturing, and production - Testing solutions
