  • Executive Distributor at XS RIBs Rescue Boats
    Apr 2004 - Jan 2014 · 9 yrs 10 mos

As a leisure boat distributor managing multiple brands, my business expanded to include Commercial RIBs in addition to the existing product portfolio. Within a few years, our clientele diversified to include Fire Departments and Coast Guards. In response to the financial challenges posed by an economic crisis, a strategic shift occurred, resulting in the near cessation of the leisure sections. The company then refocused entirely on the Commercial and Rescue sectors. Recognizing a growing demand for waterproof professional intercom systems, this pivotal insight prompted the closure of the existing company and the establishment of IWCS. This strategic move allowed for a concentrated and specialized approach to meet the evolving needs of the market.

  • CSO at Neptun Spa & Pool
    Nov 1999 - May 2005 · 5 yrs 7 mos

Commenced my entrepreneurial journey by establishing a distribution venture specializing in Whirlpool and Hottub products. Within a year, the company garnered significant attention and was acquired by Neptune Spa & Pool, where I assumed the role of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) post-merger. During this pivotal period, Neptune Spa & Pool required a comprehensive overhaul of its presentation and internal structure. I took the lead in spearheading a transformative initiative, successfully implementing a new organizational framework for the company. This strategic endeavor resulted in an exceptional achievement, catapulting the company's turnover to 5-6 times its initial figures within a span of less than three years.

  • Export Manager International Sales at Santech Micro Group AS
    Sep 1996 - Nov 1999 · 3 yrs 3 mos

With a background rooted in MultiLine (Adobe, Packard Bells, Superoffice distribution) and a subsequent transition into Santech through a merger, I played a pivotal role in the International department. Functioning primarily as a Procurement Specialist with a 70% focus on procurement and 30% on sales, I contributed to the success of a small yet impactful division within Santech, boasting a three-digit million DKK turnover with just a team of four. My responsibilities involved extensive global travel to establish and cultivate relationships with new suppliers and clients, predominantly OEMs. Having left a fulfilling position, I embarked on the journey of entrepreneurship to pursue my passion for innovation. Since then, I have remained dedicated to carving my own path in the professional landscape.
