In my present role, I oversee construction project planning and execution, managing all documentation, timelines, and work crews. I inspect work done on project sites and ensure compliance with safety requirements and company policies. I also evaluate work performance to maintain quality expectations.
In this position, I managed installations of security systems, surveillance equipment, vehicle gates, pedestrian turnstiles, and card readers at Joint Base Andrews and Tinker Air Force Base. Among my responsibilities were permitting, scheduling, materials and equipment procurement, site inspection, quality control, status reporting, safety management, and supervision of engineers, subcontractors, and work crews.
During this short-term assignment I functioned as a Subject Matter Expert on Audio Visual Notification Systems (AVNS) during surveys of various U.S. military and government-owned sites.
