A purposeful leader and global engineer, drawing on 20 years’ experience leading complex and critical infrastructure changes programmes in the transportation and construction industries that reshape our communities. Passionate about people, I develop high performing teams (100% engagement 2 years in a row) through leading business units transformational and cultural changes, restoring pride whilst decluttering our industries. My key achievements include: · Revolutionise mobility in medium staffed railway stations creating composite bridges and modular lifts products generating £160m efficiencies opportunities and an extra 15 million accessible journeys. · Created a new standard approved composite bridge, with cross-industries applications: a first in 40 years and a success delivered with energy, convictions and leadership. · Transition to Renewables Partnership programme: MoU joining SNCF and Network Rail forces on Power Purchases Agreement frameworks, delivery strategies, operating model, technology and innovation. · Shotts Electrification: Design and build 75km of electrification, including new feeder stations, 7 stations enhancements, 2 stations re-built. Achieved lowest electrification unit rate in the UK via the efficient electrification principles deployment. · Crossrail Digital transformation and surveyance programme (TfL/LU): Setting the Crossrail instrumentation and monitoring strategy introducing real-time asset management and surveyance systems: 5 million infrastructure data collected, analysed and reported daily, using powerful data management systems (today called “AI”) to secure and maintain construction sites, protecting passengers, neighbours and communities whilst slashing the survey boots on the ground by 90%. I am excited by GBR and its mission within a unified railway system: I excel bringing clarity in ambiguity and I am looking forward to making progress, empowering people to act and thrive in this new ecosystem with incentivisation, motivation, thanks, rewards, and discipline.
