At Bluecrux, I’ve been working on OMP projects in the pharmaceutical supply chain space, where I own the day-to-day delivery and execution. I manage the delivery cycle end-to-end: planning and tracking activities, running all client communication, coordinating SME inputs and review cycles, and driving the work through to completion on time and to scope. The work includes process mapping of core supply planning workflows, identifying system and planning gaps, upskilling planners in OMP. I’ve primarily worked independetly, tasked with identifying the appropriate project scope and timeline, negotiating with the client and managing those timelines and deliverables through to completion on time and in scope. Alongside my project delivery, I support the consulting sales process through the management of our CRM (hubspot), developing org charts and follow up strategies, writing Proposal Agreements (POs) and Statement of Work (SOWs).
Collaborated with Maersk to assess strategic opportunities in mining logistics across Chile, Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia, focusing on the copper and lithium supply chains that underpin the global energy transition. Scope of work included conducting in-depth market and value chain research on critical minerals (copper and lithium), including their extraction, processing, and export flows, particularly in relation to China’s dominant position in global demand. Evaluated logistics infrastructure and future readiness of emerging mining districts, aligning findings with trends in EVs, renewables, and clean tech manufacturing. Assessed the potential of blockchain, IoT, and digital twin technologies to enhance supply chain traceability, operational visibility, and ESG compliance. Investigated intermodal and sustainable transport models to support resilient, low-emission mineral logistics. Engaged with stakeholders across industry, government, and Maersk’s internal teams to validate findings and ensure relevance to operational and strategic priorities. Delivered actionable insights to inform Maersk’s long-term strategy in a sector facing rapid change and growing sustainability pressures.
Continued work on prior strategic projects and contributed to Kite’s input for the Tenure Facility’s annual report, focusing on land tenure security, sustainability, and Indigenous rights in emerging markets.
At Kite Insights, I held a multifaceted role across business development, compliance, and research. As Head of Partnerships for our B2B CSRD product HURD, I developed a targeted partnership strategy that secured seven key partnerships in under two months. I designed a scalable outreach framework using a customised generative AI model to enhance personalisation and reduce drafting time, while also implementing an automated tracking system to optimise follow-up and derive insights from engagement data. This system significantly improved both efficiency and conversion in our outreach efforts and has since served as a blueprint for future business development activity. In parallel, I led due diligence efforts for four high-potential clients, with a focus on Saudi Arabian compliance. Drawing on my knowledge of PitchBook, I tracked financials, affiliations, and disclosure practices to assess alignment with both sustainability goals and regional regulatory standards. Additionally, I contributed to the firm’s research initiatives by leading a 150+ source literature review on youth mental health in the EU. The resulting insights shaped a strategic whitepaper for which I was one of the seven writers and informed policy recommendations shared with senior leadership.
