Serve as the Senior Project Manager for Open Source Intelligence Tools and Capabilities Assessments within the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Integration and Assessment Division (G7). Provide SETA support to the G7 in support of the G3 Army OSINT Office (AOO). Assist and advise government in conducting OSINT tools assessments. Conduct market research to identify COTS and GOTS OSINT solutions in order to mitigate existing capability gaps. Coordinate and manage on-going assessments. Plan, initiate, and manage new OSINT Tool assessments. Provide inter-agency coordination with assessment partners, MIT Lincoln Labs, NGIC, USDI, US DA G2, DIA, and SOCOM. During the past four years, provided exceptional and innovative SETA support to the three AOO Directors. Developed the formal tool discovery and assessment process currently in use. Coordinated and executed multiple short and long duration user assessments with major subordinate commands. Provided expertise for policy decisions, future strategy, multi-national support, and position/manning decisions. Completed Army OSINT required training courses, OS-301 and OS-302. Manage available combat engineer manpower to support expanding requirements for force protection, infrastructure support, and new construction efforts in Tampa and overseas locations to include Kuwait, Bahrain, and Jordan. • Optimized underperforming $2.3M Combat Operations Center contract execution through leadership, critical thinking, and direct engagement with contracting agents, contractor, and subcontractors to find innovative solutions to resolve performance and timeline challenges. • Led multi-service acquisition, logistics, and construction efforts to complete a mission-critical, multi-million dollar expeditionary aircraft maintenance facility in Kuwait. • Prepared complex technical proposals, reports, and presentations to convey program objectives, schedule, and costs to senior leadership.
