THOMAS BLAZEK received the Dr.techn (Ph.D.) in telecommunications from the TU Wien, Vienna, Austria, in 2019. From 2013 to 2014, he was a member of the Mobile Communications Group, TU Wien, where he worked on system level LTE simulations. He is employed as researcher at the Institute of Telecommunications, TU Wien, where his research topics include modeling and analysis of vehicular channels, as well as measurement testbed design. This is done using mathematical modeling, Python, LabVIEW and NI USRP programming. He furthermore works on sensor fusion based target tracking.
