My key responsibilities included: • Executing on the implementation of a new ERP system, D365 • Identifying and implementing process improvements on all matters related to Client Finance • Managing a team of 4 through the month-end process • Contract review and negotiation process with prospective and existing clients • Pricing and rate card review • Responsible for reporting of actuals and 12-month rolling forecast • Leading cash flow management and working capital optimization

Coaching allowed me to work with sailors that range in both age and ability, from Learn to Sail courses, right through to elite athletes representing their country on the world stage. Coaching consists of planning and delivering both on and off-water lessons and refining the numerous dimensions that exist to become a successful sailor.
