I am working in CA Akademie AG as a trainer, coach and management consultant, especially for projects in strategic planning and improvements of a corporates controlling culture. I have developed experiences in many branches as well as in the public sector. I worked as a lecturer at the University of Munich and Innsbruck and provide training and coaching in German, Italian and English.

Thomas Biasi is responsible manager for the Italian programme of CA Akademie and runs his office in Merano, Italy. He provides training and workshops in German, English and Italian language. Furthermore he accompanies and coaches companies in putting strategic, operational and financial controlling topics into practise. He specialized on Better Reporting using the SUCCESS-Rule of International Business Communication Standards, Balanced Scorecard, Strategic Planning, psychological principles of clear communication and leadership competences for big change projects.
