I have extensive experience in manufacturing environments both as an operator and a supervisor. I developed my continuous improvement skill set throughout those years and became involved in process management, six sigma, 5S, CI training and development, process auditing and certification. I thrive on getting people the right information in a clear manner so they can be as successful as possible in their roles to satisfy customers, both internal and external.
Using various process management methodologies to improve performance in multiple categories including process, quality and communications. This includes conducting root cause analysis to stabilize processes and then systematically improve them. Team based efforts on metrics, SOP's and best practices are conducted to create a continuous improvement based culture.
