Bristol, England, United Kingdom
This role involved leadership, regularly having to train and assist new colleagues. This required a co-operative and adaptable approach, with success often hinged on my own decision-making ability.
In my role at Circle, I filed the reports of several senior doctors, communicating directly with them and their secretaries. This job afforded me the opportunity to improve my skills, being commended by staff on my team-working ability, whilst also learning and using systems of data entry to store results.
Working in the Bath office, I operated as a versatile member of the team, completing many different tasks and working with others to achieve the company’s goals. Following a few weeks at the firm, I helped compile a research report for an investment director on a specific printing company, which gave me good insight into the workings of fund management. This experience encouraged me to take up more statistical-based modules at university, with the research using forms of qualitative analysis.
