With over 20 years' experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement, I'm currently the Head of Quality Procurement Surveillance at Airbus Canada located at Mirabel greater Montreal Canada. Strategic quality leader at Airbus, specialized in supplier governance, contractual compliance (QMS, ASR), and Procurement–Quality alignment. Driving complex requirements across international environments (Canada–France) with Group-level vision, operational rigor, and transformation impact. Open to opportunities within Airbus Group or global roles in supplier performance, quality leadership, or industrial excellence I also lead change within the organization, initiating and overseeing a change management program, ensuring the smooth integration of new quality methodologies, and instilling a sense of purpose and innovation among staff. To do this, I draw on my expertise in lean manufacturing which I acquired and certified at Safran, where I held several quality management positions, including head of the quality management system for the Fuel Control Systems business unit. At Safran during several years, I also managed and participated in numerous projects in several facilities (international) to improve manufacturing processes, internal and external audits, and relations with the authorities.
Strategic lead for the A220 Procurement Quality (ABQP) function. Responsible for driving the integration of Airbus Canada into the global Airbus Business Management System (BMS), leading a high performing team to ensure supply chain excellence and global regulatory compliance. Key responsabilities & Strategic impact : - Integration & Governance : directing the quality integration strategy between Airbus Canada and Airbus, ensuring harmonized business processes and operational synergies accross the A220 program, - Executive leadership : managing a cross functional team, overseeing complex, high-stakes strategic projects in a fast-paced aerospace environment, - Regulatory excellence : ensuring 100% compliance of A220 procurement activities with national and international aviation authorities (TCCA) across POA, DAO and AMO environments, - Supply chain integrity : owning the A220 Approved Supplier List (ASL) and deploying robust process architectures for Supplier Control, operational surveillance and risk mitigation, -Executive Stakeholder Management : acting as the "voice of Quality Procurement" to the Airbus Canada Executive Committee and senior Airbus leadership. representing the organisation within international aerospace bodies (AAQG, IAQG, Nadcap) - Continuous improvement : orchestrating global supplier audit management and fostering a "Quality Culture" through mandatory training and performance-driven audit processes.

- Responsible of the Quality Management System for the Business Unit Fuel Control Systems consisted of 2 Reporting Unit (Plaisir and Roche la Molière) - Currently involved in Safran Green Belt certification (Lean Six Sigma) - In charge of the monitoring of special processes (internal and external) - Focal point with Authorities (Bureau Veritas, OSAC, DGA) - Responsible for organisation approvals (Part 21G, FRA 21G, FRA 21Z, Part/FAR 145, EN9100) - Oversee a quality system team consisted of 8 people (quality engineers & technicians) for the implementation and monitoring of the applicable QMS - Conduct internal audits i.a.w applicable requirements (product, system, special processes) - Lead site specific audit readiness activities. - Conduct quality trainings (quality fundamentals, quality tools, airworthiness requirements) for staff members (> 400) - Conduct investigations into potential quality/compliance concerns and keep management informed of issues. - Provide consulting service to site and personnel. - Participate in compliance program-related activities - Conduct organizational change plan for the BU - Perform all other duties required (reporting, project management, implementation of improvement plans)
