I managed the North of England team within the mid market division for Staples Advantage. Responsibilities for this team was to win new business within the SME remit. The team required immediate restructuring when I took over and therefore recruitment & coaching critical to success. My role required management and accountability of my team's activity & lead generation, weekly 1-2-1's and KPI reviews were critical to success in this fast moving industry.
