Temporary role as an Accounts Payable Clerk that involved processing invoices and book keeping
• Efficiently delivered food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables, ensuring prompt and accurate service • Managed guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring smooth flow of service • Collaborated with servers and bussers to maintain efficient table turnover rate during peak hours
• Review and process incoming paperwork for billing & accounts payable. • Ensure accuracy of billing & accounts payable. • Perform general office tasks as assigned. • Provide support to other accounting personnel as needed. • Execute basic telephone duties.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately • Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff • Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies) • Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service • Manage the flow of Guests into the Dining and Bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming Guests if appropriate • Tend to special Guest needs and requests • taking to go orders and receiving payments • Prepare dining areas before guests are seated • Clean and reset tables after guests leave • Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
