I work together with the C-suite across RETAL to discover, analyze and explain potentially beneficial projects for the business, its people, and its customers. Key responsibilities include; managing the PMO and the PMO team, developing project coordinators, developing RETAL’s corporate Project Management Standards, uncover and assess business drivers and strategies to achieve them through effective project management, and manage organizational change and development. I am particularly focused on achieving results through organization and process understanding, including management consulting, team training, accurate data and financial analysis, and turnaround situations. My professional experience incorporates M&A transaction management, due diligence and valuations on both the buy and sell side, as well as corporate finance including analysis for investors.
