Appointed lead trial counsel by the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania to defend Pennsylvania municipal entities in employment discrimination, unlawful termination, and civil rights actions. Advised the Districts on day-to-day matters involving personnel and employment, reviewed bid and professional service contracts. Represented the Districts in student expulsion hearings. Conducted Title IX and employee misconduct investigations. Defended the Districts in Right-to-Know Appeals before the Office of Open Records.
