I am a Director in the Vienna Office of Alvarez & Marsal and a member of the Financial Services Industry (FSI) practice. My focus lies on banks and insurance companies, especially in the fields of large (digital) transformation programs, strategy development and M&A. Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, I was a Director at Strategy&, the strategy consulting business of the PwC network and a Manager at PwC Austria. I hold a diploma in International Economics and Business Sciences from University of Innsbruck and University of Queensland as well as a BSc in Management and Economics from University of Innsbruck. I am also a CFA charterholder and a Professional Scrum Master.
