A talented international and cross-functional team that dives into a country organization, identify growth barriers and to provide recommendations about the achievement of the strategic objectives in a very strict time. A link between Unilever Senior Management, Corporate Centers and Local Country Organizations. Experience: Covered 12 Country/Cluster organizations [Including North America (Team Lead) India, Russia, DACH, BENELUX, Romania (Team Lead), Israel, France, Italy, UK/Ireland, Nordic & Portugal], Categories & Corporate Centers, with multiple-functional scoped areas (Marketing, Sales, SC, HR, FoodSolutions/Food Service, Governance & Sustainability). Agile / mobile framework – 6 week cycle (4 spent in scope location) Responsibility: Provide independent reassurance to the Management that all major risks affecting the achievement of strategic objectives are understood and properly managed (Market & Company review, KPI analysis, documentation & research, interviews with risk-based and not process-based approach). Lead the Marketing Knowledge Network for the Audit Team (the liaison between Corporate Audit and Marketing Leaders & the person to challenge Marketing Findings or support challenges in the Marketing territory).
