I am an experienced software development organization manager and looking always for improvements, fresh thinking, new ideas and experience exchange. I'm passionate about making the development organizations better.
My responsibility include the consolidation and introduction of development processes and development tools. We introduced an agile development organization based on lean and agile principles (SAFe, Kanban, Scrum) as well as major Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, ...).
I took over the responsibility of the complete Intershop RND development organization. During this time the organization grew from around 40 to 80 employees.
My responsibilities as Director Engineering have been, among others, people management, multi project management and organizational development of an Intershop RND sub-organization (around 30 employees).
