With over 10 years of experience in the bus, coach, and tram industries, I am a passionate and driven leader who thrives on delivering excellent customer service, strategic solutions, and operational efficiency. As the Director of CBM North America, I oversee the sales, marketing, logistics, and customer support functions of the largest branch of the global bus parts leader. I am motivated by the mission of CBM to provide a wide range of genuine products at the best price and in the best transit time to all our customers. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked and lived in different regions and cultures, and speaking three languages fluently. In my current role, I have successfully expanded the market share and revenue of CBM North America, by developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies, strengthening relationships with key accounts and partners, and optimizing the supply chain and inventory management processes. Built the business from the ground up, establishing a strong market presence and generating multi-million-dollar revenue across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, and New Caledonia.
