• Ensuring student opinions and concerns are presented at the top-level meetings and the outcome is fed back to the relevant parties. • Collaborating with student representatives within the Business School to gather data on the concerns needed to be discussed at the meeting, to improve student’s experiences
• Use techniques to encourage collaborative learning in a relaxed and friendly environment to boost students’ learning and studying techniques. • Being able to put my Microsoft 365 skills to practice, in terms of planning and organising sessions with Word and PowerPoint, communicating with students and staff by using Outlook and Teams and using Excel to fill in timesheets and registration.
• Event support for the Fresher’s week and Fair at different campuses. • Supporting the Marketing Team in promoting The Students’ Union and Welcome events. • Supporting the Late Night, Do It Right campaign, to ensure students’ safety at nightclub events.
