Graduate in Mechanical Engineering (BE) with 17.8 years of experience in mechanical industries(in managerial position),16 Years of experience in large projects as Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Around 13 years of experience in machining, manufacturing, fabrication and erection of boiler pressure piping, rotary equipments(GTG and Compressors) and structural's. Having good knowledge and experience in codes and standards i.e. ISO:9001, ASME, AWS and so on. Having good interpersonal/communication Skills and also a good team player, dynamic and self-motivated person. Capable of lead a team. Having interest/capable to adapt new technology and field.
Having experience in Oil & gas piping, Storage tanks and Structural Inspections , And having rotary equipment alignment and Painting inspections
• Planning and implementation of effective quality system. • Preparation, reviewing and approval of all quality documents i.e. quality plan and procedures. • Ensure all work has done as per customer specification and requirement. • Coordinating the team as per job requirement (Priority). • Raw material and incoming material verification. • Ensure the material availability as per project requirement. • Timely delivery of projects (stages). • Planning weekly and monthly work schedule. • Interact with clients for work progress and schedule.
• Planning and implementation of effective quality management system at site. • Raising and closing of Non Conformity Reports. • Preparation, reviewing and approval of all quality documents like ITP, FQP, WPS/PQR and procedures. • Internal quality audits planning and execution at contractor/subcontractor work places for ensuring the quality system implementation. • Make ensuring the quality documentation availability as per ITP/FQP and system. • Responsible for mechanical works (quality) such as boiler pressure parts, structures, solar reflectors erection. • Ensure and conduct internal Quality training. • Preparation of presentation for weekly and monthly review meetings with client.
