I am a passionate and results-driven training professional with a strong foundation in Human Resource Management and Business Administration, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration (HRM) and a Master of Business Administration from Meiktila University of Economics. With over 6 years of experience in training, development, and digital communication, I specialize in learning program design, facilitation, and talent development. My expertise spans across corporate training, competency development, and sales enablement. I began my training career at UMG Co., Ltd. as a Training Instructor, where I led the full training cycle — from training needs analysis, program design, and facilitation to assessment and reporting. I successfully conducted programs such as Customer Service, Personality Development, Goal Setting, Business Communication, and Toyota Management System, while also supporting career development initiatives for management trainees, sales executives, and mechanics. Later, I expanded my experience into digital marketing as a Digital Account Executive at Openmind Co., Ltd., managing client communications, content strategy, and digital campaigns. This enhanced my creativity, adaptability, and strategic communication skills. Then,I served as a Sales Trainer at GGI Nippon Life, focusing on Bancassurance and Agent Licensing Training. I deliver impactful product and sales trainings covering Short Term Endowment, Student Life, Farmer Life, Group Life, Flexi Life, and Health Insurance, helping sales teams and agents achieve performance excellence. Currently, I am working as an Assistant Training Manager at A Life Insurance, where I lead product training, bank training, soft skills training, and training content development. I am certified in Train the Trainer Level (I) and (II) by the Head of Competency Development Department, and also completed the Train the Trainer Workshop (2023) provided by The Coaching Firm.
