- Set, execute & lead the growth, innovation and product strategy for the vertical market electronics with focus on CL / SCM - Daily interact with the leading customers / companies in this segment on global level - Outperform competitor metrics
- Definition and ramp-up of Global Innovation Program for CL / SCM - Definition of CL product solution portfolio and connected go-forward strategy - Driving of strategic projects like IT strategy, eco strategy, CRM deployment, cross-BU solutions, LLP/4P set-up, Workforce / Labor Management - Coordination of CL related Marketing & Communication activities worldwide
- Multiple strategic projects in the area of supply chain management for leading Hi-tech customers - Multiple global projects with leading automotive OEMs in the area of Aftermarket & Spares parts supply chain - Stabilization of the agency distribution channel for a large public transport provider - Execution of new pricing system and interconnected functions for a large passenger transport company
- Develop, implement a global dataware including analytics capabilities to measure market shares/potentials and granular level (model, age, part / service code, geo) - Develop automated statistical method to derive detail market potentials for Parts, Service areas - Negotiate with Dealer Associations on Data Security Terms - Support Retail Steering & Aftermarket Product Management with Targted Market Data & Potentials
