I am graduted Business Engineering student at the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam. During my studies I developed several skills such as; process visualization, process optimization, advanced in Microsoft Visio and Excel, drafting a consultancy report and a mastery of Lean Six Sigma at blackbelt (theory) level. My interest lies in optimizing processes based on data, which is why I took the data science minor. I did my third-year internship at KLM E&M where I researched possible process improvements for maintenance material flow.
During my student days, I worked at Nelson Schoenen BV in the evenings as a side job. I filled the role as a logistics assistant.
As a KLM Engineering and Maintenance intern, I conducted research on the material flow of KLM's maintenance process. The output of my internship was an advisory report with actionable recommendations. I also created VBA tools and Conditional Formatting planning tools, which are now applied within KLM.
