• Responsible for the management and monitoring material flow from vendors to platform. As focal point I stay in close contact with construction engineers, construction coordinator, vendors, logistics party and offshore locations for safely, timeley and cost effective delivery of all (rental) equipment and materials. • Checking incoming goods against specification. • Solving disputes
On board several jack ups: Noble George, GSF Monarch, GSF Britannia, Seajacks Kraken, Noble Hans Deul, Swift-10, Seafox-4. (Underbalanced) Drilling Operations, HPHT-wells, Abandoments, Sidetracks, Extended Reach Drilling Operations, Conventional Drilling Operations, Work Overs, Coiled Tubing Jobs etc. • Responsible for the management, implementation and monitoring of all logistics processes to and from the rigs to arrange safe and efficient logistic services to prevent non-productive time due to the failure of logistics and marine support. • Planning the logistics lookahead for the platform campaign. Tracking all goods as per the company's material management and logistics procedures. • Arranging and coordination of supply vessel and helicopter movement through the onshore logistics team for timely delivery and removal of all personnel, materials and (rental) equipment plus the associated administrative processing in SAP. • Preparation of manifests, waste consignment notes and dangerous goods documentation. • DSV's and HCO's sparring partner for logistics and waste management. • Attend and contribute to daily operational management conference calls. • Managing deck crew on operational logistics on the rig. • Liaising with 3rd party contractors and vendors to ensure all (logistical) requirements are met. → Winners of Shell's UI Impact Award 2013 in the production optimization category for the execution efficiency improvements and production impact delivered. → Winners of Shell Wells 2010/2011 Most “Competitive Rig” in the Shell fleet & “Rig of the Year” in the Shell jack-up fleet.
