• Sales: Generate sales growth by developing relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners through a structured approach based on key account plans and market segmentation and value selling sales approach. • Strategic partnerships: international dealer management by implementing distribution agreements across North West Europe, including annual dealer action plans and bonus schemes. • Team management: leading a team of international sales professionals to achieve sales targets and explore new business opportunities. • Sales management: Implement and improve sales processes through CRM and AI applications while driving strategy execution to achieve commercial and operational excellence and grow market share. This is achieved through bottom-up forecasting of sales opportunities to create an annual plan, which is executed and continuously improved using Lean and Kaizen methodologies, including techniques like weekly stand-ups, root cause analysis and a focus on continuous improvement. • People management: Focus on Customer and Employee Experience by fostering personal development plans, delivering sales training on products, negotiation, CRM, and AI, and enhancing team competencies to achieve results. Verantwoordelijkheden: • Commercieel eindverantwoordelijk voor de zakelijk business volume (leningen, kredieten, verzekeringen) en klantbediening in een door MKB en familiebedrijven gedomineerde markt in de gemeentes Peel en Maas, Leudal en Maasgouw. • Motiveren, coachen en inspireren van 50 medewerkers en 3 managers. • Met directieteam statutair eindverantwoordelijk voor overall performance van de bank en invulling coöperatieve rol in marktgebied als maatschappelijke bank. • Realisatie managementcyclus incl. strategische en jaarplannen. • Rapportage en verantwoording aan Raad van Commissarissen en Ledenraad.
